What type of information is collected from you?

We only collect the information that the Indonesian government and Immigration require to submit the visa application or provide a requested service. The personal information that we collect is determined by the Indonesian government and Immigration and is dependent on what type of visa you are applying for.

  Children, parent's name, spouse name, employers’ details, someone who gives a personal reference, address you are staying at your destination.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site, make an appointment, and filling the visa application form.

Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond Hei Service for them to use for their direct marketing purposes unless you have permitted us to do so.
